We study certification of records carried by several fragments of one quantum system using repeated calibration preparations. Applying the pure-overlap entropy bound underlying Schumacher's quantum Fano inequality gives a sharp leakage bound on quantum conditional total correlation. An explicit family attains the bound. The calibration protocol combines binomial and multinomial confidence bounds, characterization and source-transfer allowances, directly measured classical information, robust completeness, and an optional coherent-monitor disturbance budget.
